Capture Sheet

There's more in Kill the Chameleon than you'll hold onto in one read. That's not a problem to fix, it's just how it works. The ideas land at different times, depending on where you are.

This capture sheet is here to help you focus on what matters most. For each stage, write down the one thing you're taking from it, and two things you'd like to take action on. Not everything. Just what's most helpful right now.

And if you choose to read the book again, start a fresh sheet. What you notice the second time is rarely what you noticed the first.

Diagnostic + Stage Overviews

Kill the Chameleon lays out a six-stage path to a business and life that suits you. This diagnostic helps you see which stage you're in right now, so what you read next speaks to where you actually are. It takes about three minutes. (You'll also find it at the start of the second edition of the book.)

It comes with a one-page summary of each stage, so you can see the shift each one offers, from where you are now, to where it leads.

Ten Questions

Ten Questions Business Owners Ask, But Would Prefer to Keep a Secret is a selection of the questions I've been asked behind closed doors more times than I can remember. They're the ones people hold back in public, in case asking means something is wrong with them, or that they're somehow inadequate.

For each one, I share a short thought on it, along with a reflective question.
