“Insightful, Experienced, Compassionate and Committed.”

Hi, I’m Matt Linnert

A mentor and coach for business owners who want more than just success on paper.

Success isn’t one-size-fits-all. I help business owners find the clarity, confidence, and control to build businesses — and lives — that feel right to them.

Here’s a little more about me and the work I love:

20+

Years experience of coaching and mentoring business professionals

500+

Business owners and professional clients to date, and counting

Life Outside of Business

I’ve been married for 22 years and have two teenage kids. We’ve built an awesome family unit based on respect, love, and acceptance — something I feel incredibly lucky to have.

I’m an avid traveler and have explored more than 50 countries around the world. Traveling has given my life greater depth and expanded my appreciation for diversity and what truly matters most to me.

I also love the ocean. Surfing and swimming are a regular part of my life — there’s something medicinal about being in salt water that recharges me both physically and mentally.

Gardening is another passion. I have a special relationship with plants, and spending time in a thriving garden always feels nurturing. It reconnects me not just to nature, but also to myself. I love how nature is always teaching us how to grow in a balanced way.

And I love hanging out with friends — those catch-ups where you end up talking about everything and nothing all at once. Definitely good for the soul.
