The way I think about mentoring

I’ve never believed mentoring is about telling people what to do.

The answers usually aren’t what’s missing. Often they’re just buried beneath the noise.

My job is to understand you, help you see things more clearly, and work alongside you to find what’s right for you.

Sometimes reaching out can feel like an admission that things aren’t going well.

I see it differently. You’re simply putting someone in your corner who can help bring out the best in you.

With the right support, it becomes much easier to shape a business and life that genuinely suit you.

Is mentoring right for you?

Sometimes you feel overwhelmed, and lose a bit of your mojo.

Juggling all the moving parts of business and life can get a bit much. You start second-guessing yourself.

Maybe you know something needs to change, but you’re not quite sure what.

Ultimately, you just want your business and life to work well together - and perhaps someone in your corner to help you work it all out.

Every conversation is unique

What we work on depends entirely on what’s going on for you.

It might be reducing overwhelm, making a difficult decision, improving relationships, redesigning parts of your business, rebuilding confidence, or simply creating some space to think.

Sometimes the changes are practical. Sometimes they’re personal. Often they’re both.

What matters is that our conversations are useful to you - and what you need at the time.

What can change?

If you’d like to talk about mentoring…

I’d love to hear from you.

Tell me a little about yourself and what’s going on for you. There’s no need to have it all figured out.

I’ll read what you share and come back to you personally.
